Joshua Johson is an international singer-songwriter from Houston, TX. Drawing inspiration from his vastly rich cultural roots, both from ancestry and present times, blending classical training with popular music in the vast stylistic diversity that distinguishes Houston, he finds his own voice an unique expression of folk, soul and r&b. Chosen by the voice to be a featured artist in their inaugural open mic in New York City in 2019, having released an album of original songs and performing regularly, both in diverse local residencies and international events, he continues to evolve and gain popularity.
